Important COVID-19 Update

What we are we doing to protect our staff and customers

In light of the Government announcement on the 4th January 2021 we are reviewing the guidelines and how it will potential effect any future courses and will update this page with further information as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Here at Electrician Courses 4U, making sure that our customers and our staff are kept as safe as possible is our utmost priority. With businesses opening in a limited capacity and people returning to work, we want to talk you through some of the steps that we will be taking to ensure that your time with us is as safe as possible.

There are, as you can imagine, several challenges around running courses with the COVID-19 situation as it currently stands. As a result, we’ve taken a thorough look at what we need to do in the current situation and, whilst we can put these measures in place, it’s going to take your help to make sure they are effective.

The first and probably most important step we are taking is reducing the size of our classes significantly, which will allow a more effective implementation of some of the other measures.

Contaminated surfaces are one source of transmission, as a result to limit as much as possible the chances of a surface becoming contaminated, we are ensuring you can move around the centre without having to come into contact with any doors. For example, your desk will be yours for the duration of your course and the only other person to come into contact with it will be a member of staff who will clean it at the end of the day.

In the workshops you will be given your own dedicated bay to work in, with your own personal set of tools and test equipment, as well as electrical accessories and cable.

This is not an exhaustive list of measures by any means, but it illustrates some of the key steps we are taking.

Before you start your course with us, we will be sending you a full list of the steps we have taken and how you can help us in achieving them. Please read this information carefully and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
